ICT can be used for many things people use it to communicate with each other people by using social networking. It can also be used to download music. School kids can use in their work e.g. they can use Google for research.

They are good and bad ways of using ICT

School kids can use ICT when working it is a good tool for learning but. But it can easily be abused by kids e.g. looking at things they should not pasting working this could be seen as copyright. School kids copying and pasting other peoples work this could be seen as a bad thing because its copyright, but people could copy and past someone’s work and make into they’re own work by changing it but  using the other person work as a guideline. People may say that you can only copy or use a work protected by copyright with the copyright owner's permission. If you don’t get the permission from the copyrights then you are going against the law. So school kids shouldn’t copy and past other peoples work

You also have a problem with social networking. Social networking is a good way of people communicating, but you have a problem with cyber bullying on the social networks e.g. taking mobile videos or pictures that embarrass or humiliate people.  social networks can be used to organise demonstrations.

The big problems of people downloading music, it’s now easy to do this because you have things like Itunes but the big problem is that people don’t wants to pay for music so they will download music illegally, and also copyright of music.
